Helena Prata Ferreira is a partner at ALC Advogados founded by a team of highly reputable lawyers with Angolan nationality. ALC Advogados is the Angolan member of the international network Morais Leitão Legal Circle, created by Portuguese law firm Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva & Associados (Morais Leitão) to address the needs of its clients throughout the world, particularly in Portuguese-speaking countries.
Her expertise ranges from advisory to complex corporate and asset financing and restructuring transactions, incorporation of SPV and structured security arrangements, and labour law. Highly experienced in corporate law, environment, oil and gas Helena has accompanied national and international clients in these areas.
Helena Prata Ferreira was admitted in 2019 as an ICC direct member and appointed, on May 2022, as Vice-Chair of the ICC Global Commission on Anti-corruption and Corporate Responsibility.
Helena is the author of several articles published in specialised Angolan magazines and also teaches Business Law at the Law Faculty of the Agostinho Neto University.
